To get started, please submit your event details via our Contact (/contact-1)page. We will then schedule a short discovery call to review your venue and logistics. Once we confirm the event is a good fit, we’ll send a contract to lock in your date.
Payment Schedule:
• 60 Days out: $250 non-refundable deposit due.
• 30 Days out: Final non-refundable payment due.
Our prices cover up to a 35 mile radius of Redding, CA (96002). Travel outside of this radius is billed at $2.00/mile. For trips over 2 hours each way, hourly travel fees, a $50 daily per diem, and hotel accommodations may also apply. Please reach out (/contact-1)so we can accommodate you!
We can serve most party sizes ranging from 1-50 into large corporate events with 500+. Events with 50 or more guests require 2 bartenders, and events between 100-300 guests may require 3-4 bartenders. If the event is over 300 people, we will need an additional bar space to accommodate additional bar staff.

We are a great vibe for all types of events—corporate events, weddings, baby showers, engagements, birthdays, reunions, LAN parties (that's right, gamers!), graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirement parties, trade shows, product launches, photo shoots, and more. Tiki goes well with any event you can think of!
Our services include: The mobile tiki trailer, trained bartenders, bar tools, tiki decor, fresh juices and mixers, simple syrups, ice, disposable drinkware, napkins, garnishes, swizzle sticks, and biodegradable bambo straws.
No, we are a dry-hire tiki trailer, which means you purchase the alcohol and bring it to the event, we provide the trailer, bartending service, mixers, garnishes, cups, and straws. It is against the law in the State of California for us to bring alcohol to your event, so we work with you to purchase the alcohol ahead of time.
Absolutely! We offer two signature mocktails for guests who are under the age of 21 or for those who prefer not to drink. Refer to our signature tiki drink menu here.(/services-8)
The tiki trailer allows us to bring a small slice of the tiki experience to your event, including the decor placed around the trailer, and the trailer itself. We want to provide the best experience possible, and due to this, we only offer our services with the trailer.
While our clients are required by California State law to provide the beer or wine, we are happy to serve your favorite ales or wines to your guests. Our trailer is equipped to serve 2 beers on tap using pony kegs (1/4 barrel, up to 62 pints of beer), or alternatively we can serve bottled beer.
